Congrats on the new blog.

I think you&#039;re right - we&#039;re headed to a time when regulation will be needed (if not already).  The problem is, of course, that government is designed to be slow, to make saner, more deliberate, informed decisions... and technology rages ahead regardless.  Until the legal barriers are in place, I prefer to opt-out as much as possible.  The laws will eventually get written - but I don&#039;t want them written in response to the snafu that uncovers MY data...]]></description>
